They were not able to retrieve our reservation without the reservation number. "Only" our Names were not enough. We even had to tell them the price we had booked the hoterl for.

Really enjoyed staying here and the staff were very friendly. My only concern was the pricing of the rooms. 2 other groups of friends had booked rooms... One the same as mine (a double) and the other a larger room with a lounge area and much larger bathroom. We all stayed for 4 nights...The friend who was staying in the double paid €260, the friends in the larger room paid €350 and I paid €320. I was not able to discuss this odd pricing structure as my German is very limited, the only reason I can think of is that possibly the booking website charges pretty hefty fees... My advice book direct...
